Did you know that we are able to offer you a full heating solution from start to finish? Not only are we able to provide you with one of the best forms of heating on the market, but we also have a skilled team of installers meaning that everything can be finished under one roof.

How does this process work?

From your initial enquiry, we aim to get back to you within 24 hours. We will gather as much information as we can to ensure your property has the best solution that we can offer. From here, we can either help you via email/phone and work on floorplans or we can book in a survey to visit your property and advise you what would work best.

During the survey one of our trained surveyors will measure each room and talk you through the different ranges that we offer. The will also give you the options for control systems, the best positioning to get the most out of your heater and show you a demonstration unit so you can see and feel the heat first-hand.

Far infrared heating is such a versatile system and can be adjusted depending on your property and your specific requirements. Whether that be simple top up heating in a small room or a full new heating system in a larger commercial property.

During the survey we can also see if you are eligible for our installation service. We can then quote you there and then and get a date booked in to get your brand-new heating system installed.

Installation

When it’s time for your installation, our appointed contractors will arrive promptly and fully equipped with the heating panels and all the materials required to fit them. The works carried out are to a professional standard and all our installers are NAPIT registered ensuring they are compliant and competent in being able to lawfully operate. Most also hold UKAS certification which is appointment by the government to assess and accredit organisations that provide services including certification, testing, inspection and calibration.

Once the works are complete, they are signed off and all of the relevant paperwork is provided to you to show the works are carried out according to the latest regulations.
