Leaner Life Fitness

We have supplied many gyms over the years and Leaner Life Fitness is the most recent to join in on the Far Infrared heating revolution.

Last year we were approached by an architect to assist in a FIR heating recommendation for a gym; they had seen our heaters online and thought they were the perfect heating solution.

In total, we supplied the gym thirteen 2.4KW Alpha Bar Heaters and wireless Multi-Click Controllers. They were installed promptly and are now working great! (Can you spot them in the pictures?)

Far Infrared is becoming increasingly popular in gyms due to ease of installation, controllability, low running costs and most importantly, the health benefits. Nobody wants to exercise in a hot, stuffy environment. Far Infrared provides a solution to this problem, keeping gyms at a comfortable temperature.

Some benefits of a Far Infrared heating system are that this form of heating doesn’t cause air circulation. This means that dust and particulates aren’t disturbed and spread, helping to keep the environment as clean as possible. This is also beneficial for respiratory systems as the air being breathed is much cleaner, aiding asthma or allergy sufferers the most.

FIR is also proven to promote blood circulation which will help muscle strain, aches, or arthritic pains- all things gym-goers can suffer with during or after a workout. It also increases the production of white blood cells which help to heal wounds and battle infections.

A good level of blood flow can have a multitude of benefits including increased brain activity, organ and heart health, increased oxygenation, along with giving the skin a healthy, natural flush.
