Heating a Renovated Tearoom

In January of 2023, a customer got in touch to discuss the potential heating of their newly renovated tearoom.

They explained that they wanted the whole building to be heated and swiftly sent over a plan of the entire building. After they provided more insight into not wanting to rely on the current wood burner, our product advisers were ready to look over the floor plan and analyse the best, most efficient way to heat their tearoom using infrared panels.

After looking through the plans and creating a recommendation, the customer was happy with the suggested heaters and there was an agreement on the heaters to be installed.

At this point of the customer getting in touch, the ceiling was due to be plastered and painted two weeks later, with an electrician visiting after that, so in early February the customer paid the holding deposit to secure the order. 5 weeks later, the product was delivered just in time for the newly opened tearoom.
