How do air purifiers work?

The PureHome utilises the latest ionisation technology to effectively remove particles, microbes and some odours from the air. It works by creating a negative static charge around airborne contaminants down to 0.3 microns which tend to have a positive charge. The negative ions are released with the purified air to act as magnets to unwanted particles and neutralise them. Many purifiers use water to aid ionisation and this requires regular changing every few days. However, the PureHome uses the latest ESD electronic ionisation technology. The PureHome releases 5 million anions pc/cm3.

  • Eliminates pathogens down to 0.3 microns with a hospital grade HEPA 13 Filter.
  • UV-C light chamber to combat even smaller viral particles.
  • The latest non-water air ionizer, to minimize dust and help create that fresh air feel.
  • Fully automatic, constantly monitoring the air quality and giving visual indication of pollution level.
  • Ensure the highest air quality in your living and work space with the PureHome 85.

A traffic light system will indicate overall air quality and provide immediate warning in the event that pollutants and particles have spiked. The LED light that runs along the top of the unit will change colour in the event of air quality change.

The digital smart display allows you to check the quality of your indoor air at a glance. Air passing through the PureHome unit is continuously analysed by a particle laser and chemical pollutant sensor with results displayed on the LED screen.
