Does air purifier reduce dust?

The air purifiers do reduce the amount of dust in the air which will help for households or companies who have a large dust issue or if they have staff or family that may suffer from respiratory conditions.

On the PureHome air purifier it has an Ion feature. What this means is that the purifier itself will create negative ions which will be released into the atmosphere. Once these are released into the atmosphere they will collide with the very small particles of dust which causes them to fall to the ground and be caught by the purifier. 

This is because the HEPA filter that is inside of the heater will capture 99.7% of the airborne particles. All of the smaller particles that get through the filter will be removed by the UV bulb that is behind the filter.
